It's amazing, but I can't tell!! Latest Cherub Choir update- December 2004 Fall 2004 A Family Wedding Ken & Karla, both long time members of Messiah, were married October 23rd. There was Karla's family from Georgia, Ken's family from Virginia and their Messiah family from here! If any one has better photos you'd like to share, email them to me, the Webmaster. Harvestfest 2004 Going on since nearly the beginning of Messiah, the Harvestfest/Pig Roast is a tradition with "a-squeal"! This year was no disappointment, as members gathered to stuff scarecrows, carve pumpkins, bob for apples, judge the pie and cup cake contest, listen to the Christian folk/rock group "Christopher Soul", and finally - to give thanks for God's gracious gifts, to eat and to socialize. All of the guests contributed to the delicious dinner, but the guest of honor made a real commitment. If you missed it, we hope to enjoy the pics, and catch us next year! Summer Camping - Messiah Style Rally Sunday A new concept was tried this year at Messiah, with Rally Sunday meaning more than Sunday School has begun! All the Mission Groups of the church set up booths to inform of opportunities to serve and to invite members to become an active part of our Mission. Dinner Groups A mainstay of the fellowship at Messiah has become our Dinner Groups. These get togethers offer a great chance for newer members to get to know "old" members, to deepen friendships, and for just plain fun. The hosts chooses a theme, which may mean meeting at a restaurant, or casual take out, or assigning dishes for a sit-down dinner. At a recent Dinner Group the theme was "An Evening with the Beverly Hillbillies". The menu consisted of such dishes as "collard greens, grits, okra, succotash, possum pie, turkey buzzard and gizzard gravy, plus dirt cake" for desert!! The following pictures are a testament to fun, thanks to a God of love and laughter!

"Cowpie Sunday" Sunday, June 20th, Pastor Hanson presided over his last service at MLC. Last, but not least. Yes we are sad, be we celebrate his time with us, all of our accomplishments together in the mission, and his new call in Wisconsin. Gifts were given and memories shared. Cowpie Sundaes were served and a cheese sculpturing contest held. If you have a photo you'd like to contribute, send it along to Webmaster.

New Alter, Lectern, Credence Table and Font installed in Sanctuary Dinner Groups New Dinner Groups are formed twice a year, with 8 to 10 members. Monthly dinner parties are the objective with Fellowship the Result. This is a great way for new members to get to know long time members and vice versa, or just to broaden your church circle. Interested? New members welcome any time. Call Deanna Cordts. Our first ever Annual Holiday Dinner was enjoyed by over 70 folks, as all the Dinner Groups cam together to share an evening of good food and excellent fellowship. An auction of donated items was held to raise funds for GNIHN (Greater Nashua Interfaith Hospitality Network). Over $1000 dollars was raised. The auction was followed by Carol Sing led by Rande and Ken on guitar. We hope you enjoy the following photos.
