Space–the final frontier

Everything that is worth doing is done is a space. Do you have something worth doing? Cause we got the space. At our place

Is your non-profit group looking for a place for an event or regular meetings? Our church facilities are available for your use. Messiah House has one large meeting room and two smaller rooms, plus a kitchenette. It would be a great space for a board meeting, self-help or 12 step group, or activities like yoga and the like. Scouting groups might also use Messiah House for their regular meetings.

The church’s Worship Center features a classroom that accommodates 15 comfortably, or splits in two for small breakout sessions. The main worship space can be configured for a lecture, concert, club meeting, or even a meal. A small, but efficient kitchen is available for serving refreshments or catered meals. A spacious lobby is the perfect place for a snack table, with plenty of room for folks to mingle. It can also handle your larger classes and meetings.

Messiah is centrally located on Rt. 101 in Amherst, adjacent to The Amherst Garden Center. There is ample parking in a paved, maintained, well-lit lot right next to the building. Messiah also encourages the use of its Pine Grove Picnic Area, and The Garden of Peace–for peace and quiet to refresh the spirit.

As a part of the community, Messiah Lutheran Church makes its facilities available to not for profit groups for the common good. Groups using  the church are encouraged to make a donation to help defray expenses, but this is not a requirement. For more information please call or email Thomas Teichmann at 673-2011, 672-3734,
